The Experience

The evening begins around 7:00 PM as we prepare the asado together. You’ll discover the secrets of traditional Argentine cooking, from fire to plate, guided by locals.

We cook a variety of meats — beef, pork, and chicken — along with grilled vegetables and fresh salads. A tasty vegetarian option is also available if requested in advance.

You’re welcome to participate in the cooking or simply relax and enjoy the moment.

We gather around a big shared table — like friends — to eat, talk, and connect. Depending on the season, the dinner takes place outside in the patio or inside our cozy quincho during colder nights.

Throughout the evening, we share music, stories, and travel experiences. You might play guitar, listen to traditional songs, or enjoy simple table games — each night is different, always natural and spontaneous.
