The asado with locals

After the hike, we return to La Lomita — a mountain refuge and community space — where a traditional Argentine asado awaits, prepared by us.

This is the heart of the experience: sharing food, music, stories, mate, and time with local people in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.

You’ll discover what life in the mountains really feels like, taste homemade recipes, and enjoy an authentic evening far from conventional tourism.

Stay in a mountain refuge

The experience continues with an overnight stay in our refuge, surrounded by native forest and natural silence.

You’ll sleep in a safe and cozy environment, perfect for disconnecting from the city, stargazing, and waking up to the sounds of nature.

In the morning, we share breakfast and a peaceful moment before saying goodbye.
